Custom Pedalboards

This is an Example of one of the boards we can build for you. This one measures 36" X 18" and has a 7.5" X 22" shelf for the Line6 pedals to mount on with the power supplies hidden under it. Hammered Grey finish. True bypass switching loop strip for six of the pedals. Mono input and Stereo output in the upper right hand corner. Pedalboard lifts out of the case and has feet and handles Case top covers the board and has wheels. (Case sold separately) This one is my favorite!!!

This is Another Example of a Pedalboard we can make for you. It's also 36"X18" but the board is built into the case itself. Velcro covers the whole board so you can move pedals around if you need to and there are two separate shelf risers to hide your power supplies under. The 2nd row of pedals have risers under them so you won't step on the 1st row when stopping on the 2nd row. (Case and board sold together) Custom built for Jordan Hancock of Formerly Blind.

Jordan's Latest Pedalboard...Just Incredible!!! {;~)

This is a really neat lay-out built on 5/8" board painted in hammered copper and connected with blue George L's cables. No shelves on this one but the 2nd row of pedals all have riser to lift them above the 1st row for easy stoppin'. It's 24"X16" in size and all the power cables  are threaded under the board. Handles and feet included. Plug and Play. Pedals not included. (Cases sold separately)

This is another pretty simple board built into the bottom of a flight case that has velcro covering it with no shelves or risers on it. We re-wired this board for Jonathan with new George L's blue cables and connectors through out and a new surge protector to plug the power supply and the Line6 adapters into. Jonathan said he was really happy with the new clarity he's been getting and better tone over all with this new setup....This job cost about $150 total. Call, and let us wire or re-wire your next board for a better tone and sound....{;~)

Three Different Types of Pedalboards

bulletPedalboard Built into Case
bulletPedalboard that Lifts Out of Case with Handles
bulletPedalboard with Handles (No Case)

We can make a Professional Pedalboard to fit your needs ranging in size from 12" x 12" to 36" x 18" or larger. You can have one made so that the pedalboard is made as part of a flight case or one that lifts out of the case with handles. Or we can do just a pedalboard with handles and no case. (see examples )

We can help you with signal routing and the order in which to place your effects on your new board. Different signal routings will have a great affect on your sound and the way your pedals react to each other. For example: you will get a different sound placing your Overdrives and Distortions BEFORE a WAH pedal than if you placed them AFTER the Wah Pedal. Also you will get a different sound placing a Compressor BEFORE an Overdrive or Distortion pedal than if you place it AFTER your Overdrive or Distortion pedals.  You will even get a different sound when placing a Delay pedal after a Chorus Pedal compared to placing a Chorus pedal after a Delay pedal. You can experiment with the pedals you have and come up with an order of effects that you feel sounds best to you, or we can offer suggestions on what will work better for your setup.

We can make the board Stereo or Mono input or output depending on the pedals you have on hand. We also offer the option of a True Bypass Switching Strip which will greatly improve the clarity of your sound and signal strength to your amp. It also keeps the signal from being muddied or bogged down by any effects that are not true bypass. Non True Bypass effects remain in the signal chain even when they are turned off, so this causes you to lose the true clarity of the sound of your guitar and amp.

We build shelves and risers for 2nd row pedals to place them above the 1st row pedals to keep the 1st row from getting hit when the 2nd row is being stomped on. All the power supplies will be tucked neatly under the Shelves out of site. AC power can be run to the board from one outlet as a custom feature if you desire.

I like to place the audio hook-up cables on top of the board so you can change the order of your effects and experiment with your sound without to much trouble. But if you would like all the cables can be routed under the board for a neater look. All power chords are routed from the power supplies under the board to the different effects. Power Strips can be mount on top the board or under the board for an extra fee.
